Hi friends!

I carry an MFA in Acting from Western Illinois University, a BFA in Acting from Northern Kentucky University, and have experience working in class and individual sessions to work on scene work and audition monologues. I find the collaboration between me as the teacher or coach and you as the actor to be beautiful. I feel like we both learn something from one another, and that is one of the many joys of the art that we get to create. My goal is always for you to feel safe to create and to find all of those creative juices that lie in the piece or pieces you bring me. I will always meet you where you are at in your process and always urge you to bring yourself to the work you bring me - because there is a connection between that piece and who you are as a person.

Some people love playing to their type and others strive to break past that type. I love both sides and see the validity of both of those sides. I welcome whatever you wish to bring to the table as long as it is done respectfully and safely for yourself, others, and me.

I have a space for us to work in the Edgewater neighborhood, courtesy of RedTwist Theatre. If that isn’t convenient, I can always come to you, at an additional convenience fee based on distance. I have my Curriculum Vitae in the link and my rates below. If you happen to have any questions, please feel free to reach out via email at jeremynealecox@gmail.com or head to my Contact page. Now, friends, go create and nourish that inner artist child that lies within all of us and know you are an amazing artist and human as you are!
